We are excited to announce our newest building project, Falcon Pointe! Reservations are underway for this four-story apartment building complete with a rooftop terrace! Designed much like our current Pheasant Pointe apartment building, Falcon Pointe will offer 35 apartments ranging between 1,230-1,710 square feet. Each floor offers nine apartments (fourth floor has 8) providing residents a more luxurious boutique apartment experience.
